SHREWSBURY — Families looking to keep their children active this summer still have plenty of opportunities at The Shrewsbury Club, which continues to offer flexible summer camps that can be booked by the day, half-day, or full week through the end of the season. Camps are open to both members and non-members.
The club’s General Summer Camp gives children the chance to experience a variety of sports and activities throughout the day, including baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, gymnastics, martial arts, swimming, and more. Campers ages 7 and older can also choose Specialty Camps, allowing them to focus on a single sport with instruction from experienced coaches while still enjoying traditional camp activities. Optional swim lessons and extended-day care are also available.
Programming is available for children ranging from preschool through age 14, with Tiny Summer Camps designed for younger campers and Coach-in-Training (CIT) opportunities available for ages 12-14 interested in leadership, CPR, First Aid, AED, and babysitting certification.
The Shrewsbury Club emphasizes flexibility for busy families, allowing campers to attend for a single day, multiple days, half-days, or an entire week based on their summer schedules. Camp sessions continue weekly through early September.
In addition to providing a fun and active environment, the camps focus on skill development, teamwork, confidence, and creating lasting friendships in a safe setting staffed by CPR, First Aid, and AED-certified counselors.
Families interested in learning more about camp schedules, specialty offerings, or registration can visit the Shrewsbury Club’s summer camp page for additional information.
