FRANKLIN – Drivers in Franklin should continue to expect road closures and detours as work progresses on the Prospect Street culvert replacement project.
Town officials say construction remains ongoing and are encouraging motorists to avoid the area whenever possible to help reduce congestion and delays.
The project is expected to continue for several more weeks as crews replace the aging culvert and complete related roadway improvements.
