MEDWAY – Medway Police are asking residents for help as they investigate a series of overnight break-ins that occurred early Wednesday morning.

Police say officers were initially working with Millis Police after a stolen vehicle from Connecticut was detected by the town’s Flock Safety license plate reader system. During the investigation, officers determined the vehicle may have been connected to break-ins on Fisher Street and Lincoln Street.

Although officers located the vehicle, they chose not to pursue it at high speed due to public safety concerns.

Investigators are asking anyone with home surveillance cameras in those neighborhoods to review footage recorded between 1 AM and 3 AM Wednesday and contact Medway Police with any relevant video.
