FRAMINGHAM – The United Way of Tri-County has appointed Liz Leonard as its interim president and chief executive officer.
Leonard will assume the role on July 6 following the death of longtime President and CEO Paul Mina, who passed away in May after a car accident.
She currently serves as director of WHEAT Community Connections, a United Way program that provides food assistance, daily meals, case management, and other community support services.
Leonard will lead the organization while the board of directors continues its search for a permanent president and CEO.
