Local Schools Receive State Funding for Improvement Projects

MILFORD – Several local school districts will receive funding through the state’s Fair Share supplemental budget for facility and educational improvements.

According to State Senator Becca Rausch, the funding includes:

  • Bellingham: $50,000 for high school security cameras
  • Franklin: $100,000 for outdoor learning environments
  • Milford: $100,000 for flooring and painting repairs
  • Millis: $65,000 for curriculum improvements
  • Wrentham: $100,000 for renovations at Delaney Elementary School

The funding is part of a larger statewide package directing hundreds of millions of dollars toward education initiatives and priority projects.
