MENDON – A developer is seeking approval to build a new seven-home subdivision off Colonial Drive in Mendon. Plans presented to the Planning Board would extend Colonial Drive at Pine Needle Drive into a cul-de-sac featuring seven half-acre residential lots.
The proposal also includes setting aside approximately eight acres of open space. Because the property falls within a Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program area, state approval will be required before the project can move forward.
