GRAFTON – A proposal is in the works to redevelop the long-vacant former Pepperoni Express property on Worcester Street in Grafton. An attorney representing the developers recently presented plans to the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals for a new McDonald’s restaurant at the site.
According to the Community Advocate, the project would require variances related to wetlands and floodplain management, but developers argue the plan would help revitalize an abandoned and underused corner of town.
