MILFORD – The Milford Police Department held its annual police memorial ceremony Tuesday at Milford Police Headquarters, bringing together community members and first responders to honor fallen officers and recognize those who made the ultimate sacrifice in law enforcement.
During the ceremony, officials added the names of Sergeant Edward Varteresian and Detective Antonio Carneiro to the department’s honor roll. Wreaths were also laid in memory of Officer Harry Butler and Sergeant Walter Conley.
