WESTBOROUGH – A major development proposal is underway for a new church complex in Westborough. About 28 acres in the Westborough Office Park area along Route 9 and I-495 have been sold for more than $14 million to Connect United, Inc.
The organization plans to build a house of worship and broadcast center, consolidating its current locations in Ashland and Framingham. Church officials say fundraising is now underway, with hopes to begin construction within three years.
