SOUTHBOROUGH – Work is progressing on the future Costco location in Southborough, with demolition nearly complete at the former office building site on Coslin Drive. Crews are currently addressing lead and asbestos removal, a process expected to be finished by the end of June.
Once cleanup is complete, construction preparation can begin. Officials say plans are still being finalized, including site layout and parking, which could include more than 800 spaces.
