FRANKLIN – Franklin residents still have time to participate in the town’s 2026 Spring Rain Barrel Program, which encourages water conservation by allowing homeowners to collect rainwater for gardening.
Barrels are available through The Great American Rain Barrel Company for a discounted price of $80–$89, depending on size. The deadline to order is Sunday, May 3rd, with pickup scheduled for Wednesday, May 13th at the Franklin Public Works Administration building.
