FRANKLIN – Franklin has been selected as a host site for a MetroWest Regional Fan Zone during the upcoming World Cup. The event will take place June 24th and 25th at the Franklin Town Common and near Hayward Manor, featuring four matches shown on a large jumbotron.
Scheduled games include Switzerland vs. Canada, Scotland vs. Brazil, Ecuador vs. Germany, and Tunisia vs. Netherlands, along with a festival atmosphere offering a beer garden, food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, and family-friendly activities. A second Fan Zone will be held in Marlborough from June 11th to 13th.
