NORFOLK COUNTY – The local real estate market showed signs of growth in March, despite ongoing challenges. Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell reported 15% more deeds recorded than in March 2025 and 24% more than in February, indicating increased activity.
The average sale price for commercial and residential properties rose 21% year-over-year to nearly $1,264,000. O’Donnell noted that lower interest rates compared to last year likely contributed to the uptick in sales.
