MILFORD – Milford Police say a recent arrest highlights the impact of increased enforcement made possible through grant funding. Officers arrested a 22-year-old for operating under the influence, an action they say was a direct result of additional staffing funded by a traffic safety grant awarded last year.
Officials say the added resources are already helping improve road safety and allow for more proactive enforcement efforts across town.
