FRANKLIN – The Franklin Middle School is receiving a major upgrade to its library and STEM spaces thanks to $150,000 in funding from a state allocation and an Inventionland Education Innovation Grant. The district says the state funding was supported through advocacy by State Representative Jeff Roy.
Assistant Superintendent Dr. Tina Rogers says the project will create an “Innovation Commons” focused on creativity, collaboration, and project-based learning, giving students a more flexible and modern learning environment.
