SOUTHBOROUGH – A vehicular homicide charge has been filed following a fatal crash last month. Abigail Throckmorton of Bolton is facing multiple charges, including “motor vehicle homicide by negligence” and driving to endanger, along with several additional traffic-related offenses.
Investigators determined that Throckmorton was “driving on the wrong side of the road” and speeding at 3 a.m. on Turnpike Road near Oak Hill Road when the crash occurred. The other driver, Crystal Johnson-Clementi of Leominster, was pronounced dead at the scene.
