HOPEDALE — A Milford woman is facing charges after police say her vehicle nearly collided head-on with a Hopedale police cruiser Monday night.
The incident happened on Hopedale Street when an officer reported that a car nearly struck the cruiser. After the near crash, the officer was able to pull the driver over.
Following an on-scene investigation by a detective, Jenna Hynes was arrested on charges including Operating Under the Influence and Negligent Operation. Hopedale Police say she was released on her own recognizance and will be arraigned at a later date.
