UPTON – Upton residents are encouraged to attend a Public Informational Meeting next week about an upcoming project to upgrade Route 140 between Williams and Elm which includes creating a roundabout where Church and Grove meet.
MassDOT is hosting the meeting to make sure you are up to speed and can ask questions. The project is aimed at improving traffic flow and safety along the corridor.
The plans also include wider sidewalks, more crosswalks with flashing beacons, and new bike lanes.
The meeting is on Wednesday February 4 at 6pm at the Upton Community Center.
