MEDWAY — Allegations of abuse at a local childcare center have led to the arrest of two individuals. Medway Police say Caleigh Kent of Whitinsville and Anthony Barron of Woonsocket were arraigned Friday on charges including felony assault and battery on a child and reckless endangerment.
Police say the charges stem from an investigation into alleged incidents that occurred in November at Bright Path Child Care Center on Main Street in Medway. According to Police Chief William Kingsbury, the investigation involves two children under the age of two.
Chief Kingsbury says management at Bright Path Child Care Center has been fully cooperating with investigators as the case moves forward.
