HOPEDALE – The relocation of Hopedale’s Town Offices from the historic Town Hall to their new location at 54 Hopedale Street is on track to be completed this week.
According to the Town Administrator, the offices are expected to reopen in full on Monday at noon. For the first time in the town’s history, the new space will feature accessible restrooms, an ADA-compliant entrance and exit, and a compliant service counter.
The move comes after years of unsuccessful Town Meeting efforts to fund renovations to the old Town Hall. The Town is now in the process of seeking a buyer for the historic building.
