HOPKINTON – The owner of a local subdivision has agreed to meet with town officials to discuss alleged damage to a town road caused by runoff.
According to the Hopkinton Independent, during Monday’s Planning Board meeting the owner of The Trails subdivision said he does not believe all of the damage to Wilson Street was caused by his work, as claimed by the Department of Public Works last year.
However, he did agree to meet with town officials in hopes of reaching a mediated legal resolution.
