The 23rd Annual Franklin Harvest Festival is tomorrow from Noon to 5 pm with activities spanning from Main Street to the Franklin Library to Dean College. The Franklin Downtown Partnership says there will be more than 135 booths plus live music, dancers, food, kids’ activities, and hand-made arts and crafts.
