A Hopedale woman reportedly wanted on several warrants has been caught after a police officer spotted her looking through a clothing donation bin. Hopedale Police say an officer on patrol near Town Hall on Saturday spotted Meghan Santiago who it turned out had several outstanding warrants for allegations of larceny, shoplifting, malicious destruction and more. Police say based on what they call her extensive criminal history she was being held without bail until her arraignment later today.
