No charges have been filed but they are possible after a 6-year-old child was hit by a car on Friday afternoon in Milford. Police Chief Robert Tusino tells the Daily News it appears the child ran out of their house and into the street on Cape Road around 2:30pm. The kid is said to have just minor injuries although they went to hospital just in case. Tusino says the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating. The road had to be closed for about a half hour.
