An 18-year-old from Milford is facing an OUI charge for a Sunday morning crash in West Bridgewater in which his car reportedly slammed into a building and caught on fire. The West Bridgewater Police Chief says there were three men in the car when the driver lost control and hit the building with the car then bursting into flames. Investigating officers say the driver smelled strongly of alcohol and allege he registered a blood-alcohol content of .127, which is above the legal limit of .08. The driver and both passengers had to be taken to a hospital for injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening.
