Investigators in Westborough are piecing together a crash in which a motorcyclist was killed Monday afternoon. Police Chief Todd Minardi says it happened around 12:30 pm at the rear driveway of Speedway Plaza on Turnpike Road where the 24-year-old motorcyclist from Worcester somehow lost control and slammed into a concrete light-pole base. He was taken to a hospital where he died. No other vehicles are believed to have been involved. The man’s name will not be released until his family knows.
