There are still a few spots available for the Medway Police Department Youth Leadership Academy. They are accepting recruits ages 11 to 13 and offering two sessions: July 7-11 and August 18-22. Recruits will spend the week participating in team-building exercises, field games, drills, and ceremonies, and learning about different aspects of policing. They can also attend an optional off-site field trip and will be provided with an academy shirt and water bottle. Register through the Medway Parks and Recreation website.
