A Milford man has been arrested on a felony warrant for Strangulation and Domestic Assault & Battery after police had to use a battering ram to get into his home. Milford Police say they were called out Wednesday morning by Department of Homeland Security agents that were trying to serve an immigration warrant on 20-year-old Caua Da Rocha Rosado at his home on North Bow Street. When Rosado refused to open the door to them, Milford Police were called to force the door and make the arrest.
