Grafton’s first-ever appointed Town Clerk is gearing up for her first Town Meeting and Town Election. Amy Berry is the first Town Clerk to be appointed, not elected, in Grafton. The Community Advocate reports Berry came to Grafton from Southborough where she was Deputy Town Clerk. Town Manager Evan Brassard calls her a great asset to the residents of Grafton, saying her knowledge and personality fit right in. Grafton’s Spring Town Meeting is on Monday May 12, at Grafton High. The Town Election is May 20.
