A court date has been set for Hopkinton Select Board Vice Chair Mary Jo LaFreniere who was arrested on a DUI allegation in December. The Hopkinton Independent reports LaFreniere is scheduled to appear in Framingham District Court on March 26. She entered a plea of not guilty at a pretrial hearing last month. LaFreniere was arrested on her own street on December 15 around 1030pm after police say she drove her car into a curb and damaged it to where it had to be towed. She had reportedly just come from a bar in Hopkinton after attending a wake for a family member.
