Franklin Town Manager Jamie Hellen has reportedly gotten a glowing report card at his annual review. Franklin Matters reports that late last week the Ad-Hoc Subcommittee of the Town Council assigned to conduct Hellen’s annual review gave him an “Exemplary” review. They did reportedly offer an area of improvement to be mindful of his verbiage and tone in public meetings and emails, but were overall pleased with his work with one town official saying Hellen “builds trust, is always willing to listen, and is always for the best interest of the community.”
