A Milford man’s been arrested for disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer and a whole lot more following a tussle with officers who arrested him. Police say they were called out to reports of a disturbance Saturday evening on Dogwood Lane where they say they found Matthew Daniello to be drunk and disorderly and took him into custody. They say during the transport process, Daniello became noncompliant, defacing the officer’s vehicle and uttering racial slurs to an assisting officer. Other charges include strangulation and a civil rights violation.
