An Uxbridge business property has been sold for $120 million in what officials say is the largest commercial real estate transaction in the region since 2020. The Worcester Business Journal reports the Lackey Dam Logistics Center in Uxbridge was sold to a private equity real estate firm from Boston. The 607,000-square-foot industrial complex sits on 70 acres and is part of a growing landscape of other logistics hubs straddling the borders of Uxbridge, Sutton and Douglas.
