The Franklin Polar Plunge is set for Saturday, March 8. The annual fundraiser for Special Olympics Massachusetts takes place at Beaver Pond in Franklin with check in at 10am and the Plunge at 11am. To register go to the website www.PolarPlungeMA.org and look for the Franklin section. This year’s fundraising goal for the Franklin Plunge is $2500 and according to the event’s web page they are nearly halfway there.
