The Bellingham Police Department is looking for a man they say has an active arrest warrant for a large-scale larceny. The man’s name is Joseph O’Neill and they have posted his picture on the Bellingham Police Department social media pages. If you know where he is you are asked to call them directly or can also call their Anonymous Tip Line. They have not given out any information as to where or when the crime occurred.
