Franklin Town Administrator Jamie Hellen has been voted by his colleagues throughout Massachusetts as the President of the Massachusetts Municipal Association Board of Directors for 2025. Hellen was chosen at last month’s meeting of the Board of Town Managers, Mayors, City Councilors, Select Board and Finance Committee members from across the state. Hellen will serve a one-year term, leading the monthly meetings and facilitating the Local Government Advisory Council with Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll.
