The Hopkinton Planning Board has decided on the items it thinks should go on the warrant for the May 5 Annual Town Meeting. However, as the Hopkinton Independent reports, the chair of the Planning Board says that doesn’t not necessarily mean they support all the articles, just that they had to meet the deadline to submit them. One is to rezone properties along Hayward Street at South Street from residence lakefront to rural business. Another modifies bylaw language allowing accessory dwelling units or ADU’s.
