By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A consultant has been brought in to help the Hopkinton School Committee find a new school superintendent. The Hopkinton Independent reports the committee has tapped the New England School Development Council to find a replacement for Carol Cavanaugh who is retiring in June. It will reportedly cost around $16,600 but they say the consultant has a successful track record. Next up, the School Committee will put together a search committee. In all, officials say the process will take several months.
