Hopkinton’s Town Manager says composting not only replenishes your soil health but is an effective way to reduce greenhouse gases and it greatly reduces the amount of trash the town has to incinerate. And right now, Hopkinton residents receive a free composting bin and liners when signing up for Black Earth’s curbside composting service.
