By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Franklin Town Council is set to vote this week on buying some land with a rail line from CSX Railroad for a rail trail extension. The item appears on the agenda when the Town Council meets tomorrow. In the current meeting packet, the documents are still being finalized, but they say the Purchase & Sale Agreement will be made available to the public and the Town Council before the meeting starts tomorrow at 7pm.
