By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton-based biotech RoslinCT has been named a Manufacturer of the Year at the Commonwealth’s ninth annual Manufacturing Awards. State Rep. James Arena-DeRosa nominated RoslinCT for the award for their leadership in the biotechnology industry with their cutting-edge gene cell therapies he says are “changing the landscape of healthcare treatment.” The Hopkinton Independent reports RoslinCT, which also has facilities in Scotland, has produced treatments for blood diseases such as sickle cell disease.
