By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Hopkinton Fire Department now has two certified car seat technicians and one more in training. The technicians provide free car seat inspections to ensure proper installation, helping to keep children safe on the road. The Town Manager says car seat inspection sites like Hopkinton Fire’s are designed to educate parents and caregivers on correct car seat installation and usage, offering hands-on guidance to ensure each seat is safely secured. Installations are available by appointment.
