By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Grafton Opioid Committee is offering free Narcan training next month. Narcan is the brand name for Naloxone which is the only FDA approved medication to reverse opioid overdoses. The training will help you to be able to recognize an opioid overdose, learn the steps of responding to an overdose and be able to confidently administer Narcan. The free training is set for October 23 at 6pm at the Grafton Police Department. They ask that you register in advance with a code you can find on the Grafton town website.
