By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Two people have been hospitalized following a Saturday afternoon pile-up on Route 495 in Hopkinton. State Police say the 10-vehicle wreck that included a tractor-trailer blocked all northbound lanes near the Mass Pike Interchange for a couple of hours. There is no word yet on what started the crash that happened around 12:30 pm Saturday although the weather is being taken into consideration by State Police investigators.
