By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton will have a Special Town Meeting November 18 specifically focusing on the MBTA Communities zoning bylaw and not on any budget issues. The Hopkinton Independent reports at their meeting this week Select Board chair Brian Herr said he thought that no budget articles should be put to voters because the town should be in belt-tightening mode. As for the MBTA, earlier this week the Zoning Advisory Committee came up with three recommendations for the Planning Board to comply with the law.
