By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – About 14% of Hopkinton Public Schools students are reportedly receiving some form of Special Education services, up about 2% from four years ago. She reportedly cautioned that it’s going to be a “tricky year” for budgeting with looming contract negotiations for custodians, nurses and teachers on top of cost-of-living increases.
