By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton seniors may want to consider applying for the Means-Tested Senior Tax Exemption Program which gives a tax break to certain seniors who meet the qualifications. If you qualified for the Circuit Breaker tax credit on your 2023 Massachusetts Income Tax you may be eligible for the Hopkinton program. You must be 65 or older, have lived in Hopkinton for the past 10 consecutive years, and meet certain income, home value, and asset maximums. The deadline to apply is August 30.
