By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – BalletFranklin has a new Director. Russell Clarke has been tapped as the new head of the ballet conservatory at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts. The Scotland native received his ballet training at the Royal Ballet School and has performed with leading companies around the world. Clarke is currently an Associate Professor at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee and Professor of Dance at Dean College and has been teaching at FSPA. Current Director Cheryl Madeux will become the Artistic Advisor.
