By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Two Franklin Public Schools employees have received national recognition for their work in the district. Highway and Grounds Superintendent Carlos Rebelo received the Professional Manager of the Year for Facilities and Grounds award from the American Public Works Association. He’s worked for the Town and School District for 15 years. Food Service Director Colin Boisvert received the Food Service Director of the Year award from the School Nutrition Association. He’s been with the district since 2016.
