By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford police are investigating a stabbing that happened Downton early Monday morning. Police were called around 330am to near 163 Main Street on reports of an assault where the victim showed them a stab wound to their hand. Police say after they interviewed several people at the scene they arrested Jose Mejia Alba. He is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He is also charged with two counts of forgery but police have not said whether that played into the alleged altercation.
